Returns Policy
We accept returns on eligible Mopar parts under the following conditions:
Return Requirements
- Contact us prior to any return to receive authorization and instructions
- A copy of the original invoice must be included with the return
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of receipt
- All returned parts are subject to a 15% restocking fee
Condition of Returned Parts
To qualify for a return, items must meet the following criteria:
- Parts must be new, unused, and resalable
- Items must be in original packaging with no damage
- Parts that have been installed, used, or tested are not eligible for return
- Electrical parts are non-returnable
We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions. If a return is denied, the part will be sent back to the customer.
Return Shipping Guidelines
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service such as UPS or FedEx
- Olathe CDJR is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Orders may be cancelled at no charge before they are shipped
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled
Special Order Parts
- Parts ordered directly from Mopar or the manufacturer may be subject to a 15% cancellation/restocking fee
- Some special-order parts:
- Cannot be cancelled once ordered
- May not be eligible for return
- You will be notified in advance if a part falls under these restrictions
Core Charge & Refund Policy
Certain Mopar parts include a core deposit, which is a refundable fee required by the manufacturer to ensure the return of rebuildable components.
What is a Core Deposit?
A core deposit is included in your total purchase price and is fully refundable once the original (core) part is returned and meets eligibility requirements.
Core Return Requirements
To receive a full core refund, the returned part must:
- Be returned with a copy of the original invoice
- Be received within 30 days of purchase
- Be packaged in the original box and shipping container
- Be fully assembled (no disassembled cores accepted)
- Match the exact part that was purchased
Core Condition Standards
Core returns will NOT be accepted if they include:
- Disassembled components
- Excessive rust or corrosion
- Broken, bent, or missing pieces
- Stripped threads or cracks
- Any structural damage that prevents rebuilding
⚠️ Important:
All cores must have ALL fluids fully drained prior to return.
Core Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We strongly recommend using a trackable carrier (UPS or FedEx)
- We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns

Please follow these steps carefully to ensure proper processing:
- Package the core securely in the original packaging
- Include a copy of your original invoice
